Athena QMS (“the Service”) is an electronic Quality Management System operated by Hyperflect (“we”, “us”). The Service enables organisations in regulated industries to manage controlled documents, change controls, CAPAs, deviations and risk assessments, including approval workflows designed to support 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance.
Access to the Service is provided to organisations under a subscription agreement. User accounts are created by invitation from an organisation administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other tenants’ data, or the systems on which the Service is hosted, nor interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
Documents and records you manage through the Service remain the property of your organisation and are stored in your organisation’s Microsoft SharePoint environment. We process this content solely to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the agreement in place with your organisation.
The Service maintains audit trails and electronic signature records in support of regulatory requirements. You acknowledge that actions you take within the Service (including reviews and approvals) may be recorded as part of your organisation’s quality records and cannot be altered or deleted by individual users.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or update the Service to improve functionality, security or compliance. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to your organisation’s administrators.
Questions about these terms should be directed to your organisation administrator or to us at support@hyperflect.com.
